This quick start will guide you through running the
|
PTF scripts in this Macro Planner installation
|
|

|
|
i) Setup the PTF environment:
|
- Create 'C:\PTF_Repository'
|
(!) Must set the sharing settings with everyone, to test whether it is shared, access it in the explorer with the following format-> \\MachineName\PTF_Repository) with 3 subfolders:
|
-'Installation'
|
-'Logs'
|
-'Scripts'
|
|
ii) Copy the installation data into the 'Installation' folder created in step (i)
|
-bin
|
-etc
|
-models
|
-settings
|
-var
|
-default.qworkspace
|
|
iii) Start the MP Test Controller application, open the test controller view and import the Test.QScript.XML script.
|
|
iv) 3 test scripts will be created in the Test scripts list.
|
|
v) Execute the script 1 at a time.
|
|
vi) Each script will open up the Macro Planner application.
|
|
vii) The run result of each script will be shown in the Result lines list upon completion.
